SALESIAN PAINTINGS CD NAVARRO JORDÁN – 55

CD JORGE JUAN NOVELDA – 11

The CD Salesianos Pinturas Navarro Jordán has closed its home games at the conclusion of the first phase of the championship, the match was subject to the impossibility of being able to play on our main court at the Salesiano School as it was very wet and dangerous to play on, so it was decided at the last minute to play on the small indoor court.

The team suffered from the change of court, they needed a few minutes to adapt to a smaller court than the one they are used to, but as soon as they focused on defense and displayed their speed they managed to increase the advantages in the first quarters with partial scores of 13-4, 11-2 and 7-3 to reach halftime with the result of 33-9. At halftime, several concepts were adjusted that bore fruit in the next quarter, which with a partial score of 22-2 the score was closed with more than two quarters still ahead. These served to continue developing our game and preparing new things for the future, ending with the result of 55-11.

In this game, we highlight our girl, Mónica Ballester, as the top scorer with 12 points, bringing her joy to the team, and David Pérez who contributed 8 points and a lot of work on the offensive rebound. Also thank again the fans who always accompany us and especially this week one of our sponsors, Auto Doper, who has provided us with some thermal t-shirts that we were able to wear for the first time in this match and they are coming in so well in these cold months.

The team says goodbye to the first phase of the season on Sunday in Alicante before a well-deserved vacation in which to rest and continue preparing for a more complicated second phase where teams relegated from the regional category are expected.

WE KEEP IMPROVING, WE KEEP ENJOYING
