Red Bull Racing: Fastest Car in F1 2024?

At the end of the season, the difference between world champion Lando Norris and his closest rival Max Verstappen was only 2 points. Even though Verstappen won the race, this did not prevent Norris, who placed on the last step of the podium, from securing the championship.

Although the Milton Keynes-based team lost the title fight, they made a pretty good comeback during a long and difficult season.

Speaking after the season, McLaren team boss Andrea Stella made the following assessment about this year’s biggest rivals: “Red Bull Racing proved once again that they have the fastest car.”

“They’ve done a great job of overcoming some performance issues.”

“They put us in a huge challenge in the middle of the season; it wasn’t easy to beat them on the track and most of the time we couldn’t do it.”

“But the important thing is that we manage to win the world championship together with Lando at the end of the season.”

“But I’m not surprised that towards the end of the season the Red Bull Racing car was probably the fastest on the grid.”
