Pradines Badminton: Interclub Matches & Medialot Coverage

Rich program.

As everyone knows, badminton is an individual sport but which sometimes becomes collective during interclub meetings, and this will be the case during this week before the holidays, with no less than 5 senior teams on deck.

And the hostilities started this Sunday, December 14, with the regional team 2 of Occitanie which received at the Cabessut complex in Cahors the teams from Rodez in the morning then Lisle-sur-Tarn in the afternoon.

The 6 teams in the pool therefore met at rue de la guinguette (the other teams: Albi, Marvejols and Olemps).

Very good start to the day with a nice 6-2 victory for Pradines in the morning. Unfortunately, the team suffered an ankle injury to Théo Klein during his singles. Everyone wishes him a quick recovery, the team needs him.

A more difficult afternoon against one of the leaders of this group and defeat 6-2 this time.

Pradines remains classified in the soft stomach but provides support.

> Start of departmental interclubs this Monday at the Willy Étiève complex in Pradines.

5 teams out of the club’s 6 will therefore play this week in team competition. 35 players (mixed competition) will defend the club’s colors.

See the match program on the club’s Instagram and Facebook page.

> Last competition of the year 2025 Saturday December 20 in Pradines: the club will host the « Bad 46 adults” Christmas circuit from 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. Good humor and a lot of bad things on the program.

The regional team is made up of (left to right in the photo):

Standing – Laurent Ferraguti (referee), Lisa Smaniotto, Fanny Vogelweith, Maya Lacombe and Baptiste Dajean with the Badoo mascot

Crouching – Théo Klein, Valentin Rothan and Léo Valery.
