The federal judge Daniel Rafecas today ordered the search of the mansion of Villa Rosa, Pilarreported as being owned by alleged front men of the owner of the AFA Claudio “Chiqui” Tapia.
The procedure began early in the morning and six experts designated to carry out the appraisal of the property are on site, 3 from the Supreme Court of Justice and 3 from the College of Auctioneers of San Isidro.
In addition, it was ordered to film the entire property and take photographs, they informed Infobae judicial sources. If vehicles or other luxury goods are found, they will also be appraised and surveyed.
Since the beginning of the judicial case, the place has been guarded by the Federal Police and according to a report received by the court, the company under investigation has 59 vehicles in its name, some high-end and others collectors’ items. It is suspected they could be in sheds within that farm.
The mansion is in the name of the company “Real Central S.A” of Luciano Pantano and his mother Ana Conteinvestigated as alleged front men of senior leaders of the AFA.
Pantano appears as a monotributista and Conte is retired.
According to the cadastral records of the province of Buenos Aires, the house was acquired by Carlos Tevez in July 2017, six years later it was sold to the firm MALTE SRL and less than a year later, on May 30, 2024, it was acquired by “Real Central SRL” from Pantano and his mother Conte, the current owners.
Judge Rafecas expanded the investigation and lifted the tax secrecy of “MALTE SRL”.
According to the complaint filed by the Civic Coalition, the property has a training track for horses and a stud farm with Arabian horses and thoroughbreds career up to heliport own and multiple sports facilities.
This procedure is added to another ordered yesterday in a private neighborhood of Pilar where there are two properties in the name of that same company and in which the result was “positive” with the seizure of documentation, such as proof of expense payments in the name of the company “Real Central” during 2025 but from another company, “WICCA SA”, during 2024, the sources explained.
As a result, the judge Rafecas yesterday he ordered another raid on the administration offices of the private neighborhood “Ayres Plaza” of Pilar.

Pantano and his mother are now prohibited from leaving the country and their assets and bank accounts have been inhibited.
The man was president of the Argentine Futsal Association and held a position in the treasury of the Almirante Brown Club. He is a monotributista and at the time of the complaint he had a bank debt of just over 2,000,000 pesos.
His mother is retired and self-employed. Even during the pandemic it took Emergency Family Income (IFE) awarded by ANSES.
The company in their names bought the 105,000-hectare Villa Rosa property, home of the mansion.
It is with this panorama that the Civic Coalition denounced “the possible use of the company as a screen for third party assets“, which “allow us to infer the possible commission of the crime of money laundering through the concealment and dissimulation of the origin of goods of high economic value.”
Suspicions about who would be the true owners of the property and luxury cars come from testimonies from neighborswho say they have seen the president of the AFA frequently in that place, according to the complaint.
