A heroic Lazio resists with 9 men in Parma. Zaccagni lost in the 42nd minute due to a foul, Basic was also sent off for a reaction foul in the 78th minute. However, the Emilians fail to pass and Noslin scores in the 82nd minute
Lazio’s 1-0 victory at the Tardini is a masterpiece. The Biancocelesti achieved a success against Parma thanks to the goal at Noslin in the 82nd minute, despite having played with one man less per Zaccagni’s expulsion in the 42nd minute and even in nine for the rosso a Basic al 77’. Maurizio Sarri’s team rises to eighth place with 22 points, while Parma remains at 14, +4 from third-last Pisa (and defeated yesterday in Lecce).
The Biancocelesti start in attack with a Cancellieri’s shot blocked by Corvi. Parma responds with one Bernabè’s conclusion (good Provedel with his fists) and with one Pellegrino’s acrobatic turn which ends high.
Lazio grows as the minutes pass. He is not frightened by the initiatives of Carlos Cuesta’s team and he comes close to scoring with Marusicon the developments of a free kick from Basic, but Estevez saves on the line.
