Pája vs Raška: Octagon Clash Nerves Rising

Raška is nervous, Spicy Pája got into his head, it sounds from the leadership of the Octagon

Ondřej Novotný indicated what Ondřej Raška’s biggest weakness is.

“What kind of things Paja can say with icy calm – I don’t want to say that it scares me, but I think that a person must be made of a completely different dough.” This is how Ondřej Novotný reacted to Ondřej Raška’s meeting with Pavel Tóth in the current episode of the MMA program “Flying the World” before the match at the Octagon tournament in December.

“I’ve known Ondra Raška for years, we’ve been through something together. And he’s a nervous guy. He has trouble keeping his head clear as the attention increases,” he stated, adding that this is precisely why he lost to Václav Mikulášek. “He was often the better fighter on paper, but he didn’t deliver in the match.”

The head of the organization estimates that the vet often thinks too much about things, which he says also applies to the duel with the influencer. He seems to be asking various fighters who have met Pája how he is doing and if he has any chance against him. “So Pája is in Ondra Raška’s head. And it makes him uncomfortable.”

“The size of the match doesn’t help you more than it helps you. There are people who can turn it into a good match, it was always Karlos – the bigger, the better. And then there are people who get eaten up by it. And that’s where Ondra Raško usually belonged.”

According to Novotný, Raška does not have to lose because of something like that, but at the same time he expects that there will be considerable room for “surprising elements” in the match. However, it is a question whether Pája can use the opponent’s weakness to his advantage. It’s hard to ignore the fact that he hasn’t had a sharp match yet.
