The video captures the lightweight champion during a locker room brawl at the Clash 14 tournament.
It is well known that Ondřej Novotný actively opposes the activities of the Clash MMA organization. In his opinion, the craziness at press conferences and in the matches themselves are far beyond the limit, he also indicated that the results are pre-arranged, so it would not be out of place if bookmakers stopped listing odds for Clash duels.
The head of the Octagon even warned that people should think twice about being seen at these events. “And if any of the decent people want to participate, then OK, but without me, with a complete ban on entering our tournaments and any cooperation with the Octagon,” he stated last year during his own broadcast.
His words impressed, for example, David Kozma. The long-time Octagon champion supported the Clash by attending tournaments in person, and it was clear that he thoroughly enjoyed them. But then he withdrew. However, Octagon wrestlers still wander into the events of the bizarre stable from time to time, the latest one was visited by the current lightweight champion Mateusz Legierski.
The Polish “Dynamite” won the interim lightweight title at the end of November. He accompanied Natan Marcoń, a participant in the million-crown pyramid, to the Clash tournament. The provocateur dealt with Jaroslav Kotlár relatively easily in the cage and advanced to the next round, but then the controversial Samir Margina ran into him in the locker room. A scuffle ensued in which “Kraken” injured his arm. So he did not start the next match.
The attached video captures the entire situation. After a short discussion, Samir rushes after Marcoń, after which the security guard present immediately rushes at them. “From myself,” shouts one of the marshals as he holds Margin on the ground. Legierski was also in the dressing room, who also actively tried to resolve the situation. “Don’t mess with it,” the repeatedly mentioned security guard warned him. “Good, good,” the champion was reassuring him.
One thing is certain – the leadership of the Octagon will definitely not be very happy about this situation.
