One of the 2011 Libertadores champion midfielders for Santos, alongside Neymar, announced his retirement from the field this Friday (26). The player left a message of thanks to his fans on social media.

Throughout his 18-year professional career, midfielder Robinho spent time at Santos, AvaíCoritiba, Palmeiras, Cruzeiro, Grêmio, Paysandu and, more recently, for Brusque. The athlete played 821 matches, with 115 goals scored and 117 assists.

In his resume of titles, he won the 2011 Libertadores with Santos and three Brazilian Cups: one with Peixe, in 2015, and two with Cruzeiro, in 2017 and 2018. He was also champion in different states: Catarinense (twice), Gaúcho, Paulista, Paranaense (twice), Paraense and Mineiro (twice).

He has already been announced as Náutico’s technical assistant, joining coach Hélio dos Anjos’ committee for the 2026 season.
