Mr. Millionaire Winner: MV Memories & Reflections

Before Christmas you will be on your “Everything Perfect” tour in 15 cities. How did you come up with this idea during the already stressful Christmas season?

(laughs) I just have an incredible joy doing this. Back in the summer I was wondering when it would finally start again. On stage I don’t feel stressed, but rather a burst of energy. But it is stressful that you sleep in a different hotel every night and travel a lot.

After the Christmas season, you can also come to Neubrandenburg and Schwerin in February. What should visitors expect then?

It definitely won’t be a dusty psychology lecture like at university. I want to experience a rollercoaster ride of emotions with people for two hours and, ideally, give visitors a new look at themselves. The whole thing should be a show from which you can take inspiration home.

Are there moments when the audience is hypnotized on stage like in other shows?

I can shorten that straight away: No. There is an opportunity to take part in a live experiment, but these experiments are never designed to expose anyone. Everything is basically voluntary for visitors.

You already visited Neubrandenburg during your last tour, but not Schwerin yet. What do you remember about Neubrandenburg?

I still remember that there were many interested visitors in Neubrandenburg. Back then, people and I were really keen on the event. The last time I was in Neubrandenburg in April 2024, I went to a small flea market and then sat by the Tollensesee – I still have a lot of pictures of that on my cell phone.

You visit a lot of places during the tour – is there enough time to really see the cities?

I try to walk through the city the afternoon before the performance and get the vibe. I always find it interesting to go to places through my performances that I probably would never have visited otherwise. What distinguishes the places in Germany from each other are the small restaurants and the independent bookstores. These are things that I also want to see in Neubrandenburg and Schwerin.

In your book “The Secret of the Psyche” you described how you prepared yourself by “excessive studying” before the “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” show. Do you still remember what you learned by heart about Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania back then?

I remember just recently asking myself in which federal states the capital is not the largest city. This applies to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, it’s something I learned back then. Unfortunately, I can’t think of other things spontaneously because I’ve forgotten a lot. The show was ten years ago now.

Leon Windscheid became known throughout Germany in 2015 when he appeared on the quiz show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” won the main prize of one million euros. The psychologist, entrepreneur and author is currently traveling throughout Germany with his “Everything is perfect” tour. On Thursday, February 5, 2026, it will come to the Neubrandenburg House of Culture and Education (HKB), and one day later it can be seen on Friday, February 6, 2026, in the Schwerin sports and congress hall. Tickets are available, among other places, from the ticket service on the Neubrandenburg market square or via the eventim internet portal.
