“Metta”

LFF Disciplinary Affairs Committee, based on this year’s FIFA’s decision of November 24, finds that FK “Metta” has performed the necessary actions in accordance with the requirements of the FIFA “Clearing House”, which refer to the club’s compliance assessment (compliance assessment) in connection with this year’s May 28 FIFA decision no. FDD-24075, which is currently sufficient grounds to lift the current ban on new player registrations.

At the same time, LFF DK points out that the lifting of the said ban is not related to the payment of training and preparation compensation for the player Takaya Sasaki, and the execution of this payment will be possible when a relevant technical possibility is provided in the FIFA system, therefore the club’s obligation to fulfill it remains.

Taking into account the above, LFF DK unanimously decides:
Cancel the ban on registration of new players applied to FK “Metta”;
Further decisions on the part of the LFF should be made after evaluating the compliance of the requirements by FK “Metta” within the framework of the FIFA “Clearing House” process.
