Andreas Karlsen is ready to hit the badminton on December 28

The Conservative Party Association, led by Andreas Karlsen, has previously participated in Ringsted Badminton’s New Year’s tournament. And now they’re doing it again. This means that the other participants in the exercise tournament on 28 December have the opportunity to stand face to face – only separated by a badminton net – with the new mayor. Whether he will be a model for some extra hard smashes or a few good tips for his future office, time will tell.
– I will play a few matches myself at the start and then I will have to leave, Andreas Karlsen tells the organizers and at the same time reveals that it is Benjamin Pedersen who has the task of assembling the conservative team.

Ringsted Badminton is happy to have the future mayor on the list of participants.
– We have sent out separate invitations to the three major parties that have previously participated in our New Year’s tournament, says chairman Torben Lollike.

– When the city council members participate, they partly send a signal that it is important to get some exercise, and partly that they are not afraid to be available for a non-binding chat with the citizens they are elected by.

The registration deadline has been postponed by one day
The registration deadline is officially December 14th, but should there be anyone who wants to participate and perhaps play against the municipality’s future mayor, registrations on Monday December 15th will also be accepted.

Registration takes place by sending an email to formand@ringsted-badminton.dk with information about team name, which row you want to play and then subsequently transfer DKK 250 to Ringsted Badminton on Mobilepay 98270.
