Max Verstappen on fatherhood

Viaplay asked the Red Bulldriver how fatherhood has changed him. Verstappen: “I’m a bit more relaxed, I think. And it’s just becoming more important to spend time with the family, staying at home as long as possible. Really trying to manage your time better.” Time for family above all else, even for someone who is used to speeding around corners at 108 kilometers per hour.

Balance

About the balance between work and private life, he said: “Of course, results are important in your life, but ultimately the most important thing is that you are happy in your private life and that you see your little one growing up.” But that doesn’t mean Max welcomes all parental duties with open arms.
