Football’s winter transfer window will open on January 1, but “City” and “Bournemouth” have already started discussions about the transfer of the Ghanaian forward.
According to the BBC, “Bournemouth” have also been approached by “Manchester United”, “Liverpool”, “Tottenham Hotspur” and “Chelsea” of London, but the dialogue with “City” has gone the farthest.
The 25-year-old striker’s contract with “Bournemouth” includes a clause for a buy-out fee in the amount of 65 million pounds. True, this point will be active only until January 10.
The BBC, citing sources close to the situation, reports that “Bournemouth” is ready to negotiate a deal with any club that would allow Semenyo to stay with the team until the summer.
Semenyo is currently the third top scorer in the Premier League with eight goals. Bournemouth is 15th in the season table.
