“Lou, Lou, Lou!” » In the absence of snow, a wind of madness swept through the resort of Grand-Bornand (Haute-Savoie) this Saturday. Never before has the biathlon stadium, the future Olympic site in 2030, welcomed so many spectators (22,500), with a queue starting at 6 a.m., just to have the pleasure of sticking to the track during the two pursuits, women and then men.
A crazy atmosphere and a swarm of tricolor flags. Everywhere, ringing bells, multicolored caps and signs bearing the image of French biathletes who, in less than two months now, will defend the colors of France at the Milan-Cortina Olympic Games. Along the route, we come across Obélix, giant chicks, funny penguins and even, for the oldest, a tribe of Jean-Claude Dusse, in vintage yellow and white jumpsuits.
