Leobasket’98 Lonigo: Tezenis Basketball Academy Affiliate

Tezenis Basketball Academy is pleased to announce that also for the 2025/2026 sports season ASD Leobasket’98 Lonigo will be part of the companies affiliated with the Academy project.

Reference company for the basketball movement of the lower Vicenza area, Leobasket’98 Lonigo has been operating in the Municipality of Lonigo and in the surrounding areas for about 15 years, but has its roots as early as 1991, testimony to a long tradition and a consolidated passion for basketball. Today the club has 240 registered male and female athletes, the highest number reached in the last ten years and constantly growing.

Particularly relevant is the activity of the mini-basketball sector, which involves around 120 boys and girls followed by qualified instructors and involved in the federal championships. The youth sector is represented by five teams, while the senior sector sees the men’s team involved in the Regional Division 1 championship and the women’s team in the Serie C championship.

The confirmation of ASD Leobasket’98 Lonigo within the Tezenis Basketball Academy underlines the sharing of a path aimed at the growth of young people, the valorisation of the territory and the promotion of inclusive and quality basketball.
