Laso and Albisu are very strong. This Sunday they were left alone at the top of the Parejas classification after their convincing victory against Elordi and Zabaleta at the Santanape fronton in Gernika, which registered a great entrance despite being a last-minute resource due to problems on the roof of the Santi Brouard in Lekeitio, the initial venue of the clash.
Baiko’s team remains perfectly compact and they demonstrated it against a combination in which the defender rarely dominated the game and the forward lacked brilliance. Those who wore blue, on the other hand, offered a much more solid and aggressive version. The one from Bizkarreta-Gerendiain started off a bit flawed but quickly sharpened his game and put the pace into the contest. He helped his partner a lot, especially with the rest. Albisu appreciated it and was quite comfortable in his plot. He gave height to the ball, imposed his punch, covered gaps well and only made one mistake in the entire match.

On par with the color trend.
The Colorados started a little more settled and had a three-goal advantage (6-3), after Zabaleta put two good balls behind with both hands, one on the rebound with his right. But their rivals performed from less to more. Laso did damage with the serve and with the following play, and took perfect advantage of the gaps created by his defender. A partial score of 1-10 gave them the lead, while the Colorados failed to take advantage of the few opportunities they had to break it.
In the second half of the game, Zabaleta had problems with his right hand, a hand with which he was unable to give height to the ball and several fell, and Elordi lost prominence in the shot.
black card
Those from Baiko maintained their benefits. They moved the ball perfectly and made virtually no mistakes. Laso missed a hook against the plate and a throw-in. The one from Ataun sustained the match and even added a volley goal.
In the first match of Serie B, Peña II and Salaverri II beat Salaberria and Gaskue by the minimum (22-21) in a duel in which an ‘atxiki’ was whistled at the Tolosa striker, who also saw a black card for addressing the judge.
