The journalist of Foot Market Santi Aouna brought news this Tuesday morning regarding an extension for the Frenchman. He specifies that the player and the club are almost in agreement on the various points.
One more point to settle
Only one point remains to be resolved. This concerns his release clause. Bayern would like to put it in place next summer. Discussions continue on this subject behind the scenes.
Bayern’s sporting director gave an update on his player last weekend: “I don’t know what the future holds for me. I am very confident, as I have said many times. We have been discussing contract extensions for weeks, even months.”

The player’s current contract runs until June 30, 2026. The Bavarians want to avoid a free departure and absolutely want him to extend.
