1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China, and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;
3. Have good character;
4. Have the physical conditions required by the position and be able to work on the front line of the sports team;
5. Aged over 18 years old and under 38 years old. That is, those born on January 1, 1987 or later.
6. Meet the qualifications required for the positions in the “Recruitment Position List”. (See job list for details). The directory for “major” in the recruitment conditions is the “Jiangsu Province Professional Reference Catalog for Civil Servants Recruited for the 2026 Examination” (hereinafter referred to as the “Professional Reference Catalog”). The cut-off time for calculation of work experience in the qualifications is the date of announcement.
7. Taiwanese students who have obtained academic qualifications from ordinary universities in mainland China and other Taiwan residents who have obtained academic qualifications recognized by mainland China should apply in accordance with the relevant regulations of the country and Jiangsu Province.
2. Registration method
(1) Registration time and method
Applicants apply through the “Jiangsu Provincial Public Institutions Open Recruitment Platform”, and photo uploading and preliminary qualification review are all conducted simultaneously online. 1. Registration, photo upload, and modification and supplementary information time: January 4, 2026 9:00-January 8, 2026 16:00;
2. Preliminary qualification review time: 9:00 on January 4, 2026 – 16:00 on January 9, 2026;
3. Statement and defense time: January 4, 2026 – January 10, 2026, working days 9:00-11:30, 13:30-16:00;
4. Processing time for initial objections: January 4, 2026 – January 10, 2026, working days 9:00-11:30, 13:30-16:00.
(2) Online confirmation
1. Applicants can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification review 24 hours after submitting the registration information online (extension on holidays). If you have any objections to the preliminary review opinions, please state your defense in time. The contact information can be obtained from the “Policy Consultation Contact Information” column of the corresponding position in the recruitment position list.
2. There is no registration fee or examination fee for this open recruitment. Registration will be successful if you pass the preliminary review.
3. If you fail to confirm your registration qualifications and upload photos online on time, your registration will be deemed invalid.
(3) Print the admission ticket
1. Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification review should log in to the online service hall of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security from January 11 to January 16, 2026, from 9:00 to 17:00 every day, and print out the admission ticket. (4) Things to note when registering
1. Applicants must fill in the relevant information truly, accurately and completely according to the job requirements and online prompts, and upload a recent 2-inch (35×45 mm) ID photo of themselves without a hat, in jpg format, with a size of less than 20Kb.
2. When applying, applicants should check the application conditions and fill in their work experience in the “Learning and Work Experience” column (must indicate the unit where they work, the position they hold, and the start and end dates of their employment).
3. The employer will review the application based on the information provided by the applicant. Applicants who commit fraud will be disqualified upon verification.
4. The examination opening ratio for this recruitment position is 1:3. If the examination opening ratio is not reached, the corresponding position will be cancelled.
5. After passing the preliminary qualification review, the registration information cannot be changed. Applicants must use a valid second-generation resident ID card to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent.

3. Recruitment methods
(1) Examination and assessment methods
1. The examination assessment method is skills test + open class trial lecture. The examination time is January 17, 2026. If the time is changed due to force majeure, applicants will be notified in advance via email or phone. Applicants should take the examination at the time and place specified on the admission ticket. Those who fail to take the exam at the time and place specified on the admission ticket will be deemed to have voluntarily given up.
2. The content of the skills test mainly assesses the sports teaching skills, professional knowledge, business capabilities and comprehensive qualities required to perform job responsibilities. The skill test score is out of 100, and a score of 60 is considered qualified. The score will be notified to the applicant on the spot. Among those who pass the skills test, candidates for trial lectures in open courses will be determined based on the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people to be hired for each recruitment position in the order of scores from high to low. Those who are less than this ratio will be determined based on the actual number of candidates. The trial lecture mainly tests the training and teaching level, and evaluates the training teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching organization and teaching effect. The full score of the trial lecture is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. The results will be informed to the applicants on the spot. Calculation method for the final score of the applied position: final score = skill test score × 40% + open class trial score × 60%. If the total scores are the same, priority will be given to the results of the open class trial lectures. If the scores are still the same, the skills test and additional test will be used to determine the ranking.
3. Results and rankings can be checked on the Jiangsu Sports Network (http://jsstyj.jiangsu.gov.cn/) within 7 working days after the end of the examination. According to the order of scores from high scores to low scores, candidates are determined according to the number of people to be hired for the recruitment position.
(2) Qualification review
Qualification review will be conducted before the examination. The time and location of the qualification review will be notified via text message or phone call. Applicants are required to provide original qualification review materials (and submit a copy at the same time). Those who fail the review are not allowed to participate in the examination. Review materials include:
1. Original ID card, academic certificate, teaching qualification or professional title certificate;
2. Proof of work experience among the qualifications;
3. If you have obtained academic degrees abroad (overseas), you must provide the original documents such as the “Certificate of Returned Overseas Students”, the “Certificate of Overseas (Overseas) Academic Degrees” issued by the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center, and certification materials for the courses studied.
4. Other supporting materials that meet the job application requirements.
All materials provided by applicants and applicant certification materials issued by each unit must be true and valid. If it is found that there has been fraud, the applicant’s qualifications for application and employment will be immediately canceled or the employment contract will be terminated.
4. Physical examination and inspection
After the examination, the overall score of the applicants will be determined based on the total score calculation method. Among those who pass each individual examination (test), those who will participate in the physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the “General Physical Examination Standards for National Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)”.
The employer will organize an inspection for those who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be hired based on the inspection and physical examination results.
If the applicant fails to meet the requirements in the inspection or physical examination, or if the results of the public announcement of the proposed candidate affect the employment, or if the proposed candidate explicitly gives up the appointment, or if the employment position is vacant due to other reasons, the candidates who have qualified in total will be filled in order from the highest to the lowest overall score. There will be no replacement after employment registration.
5. Publicity and filing
The list of personnel to be hired will be published on the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days. The content of the announcement includes the recruiting unit, position name, name of the person to be hired, academic qualifications, major, graduate school, current employer, various results of the recruitment examination, total score, ranking, etc. After the list of persons to be hired is publicized, if the applicant gives up his qualifications without justifiable reasons, the recruiting unit or the recruiting department may cancel his or her qualifications to apply for the unit or department again within one year after the list is publicized. For those personnel who have expired the publicity period and have no objections, the employer will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them.
For those personnel who have expired the publicity period and have no objections, after being registered with the provincial human resources and social security department, the employer will handle the relevant employment procedures, sign an employment contract with them, and agree on a probation period. If the employee is proven not to meet the job requirements during the probation period, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the employment contract will be terminated.
After employment approval, if the employee fails to sign an employment contract with the employer within 30 days, or if the employee fails to provide proof of termination of relationship with the original employer, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
If the personnel to be hired signs an employment contract with the unit, they must serve the unit for a minimum of 3 years (including the probation period), unless the employment contract is terminated in accordance with laws and regulations.
