Yellow-blue Christmas dinner for the club’s 200 athletes, coaches and managers. Already working for 2026
JESI, 26 December 2025 – With last night’s “Gialloblù Christmas Dinner” at Paradise in Monsano, a year full of satisfactions, hopes and growth for the 200 male and female athletes from the Jesi Basket Union!
The “GialloBlù Christmas Dinner”, which for years has been organized in the room exclusively reserved for Paradise in Monsano, is a unique moment of sharing and socializing and totally reflects the values that the Unione Basket 2010 tries to convey every day in the gym and on the pitch!
An important evening for the circa 200 male and female athletes, coaches and managers who with their families took part in an event full of humanity, smiles and a future to bear witness to the passion of the great yellow-blue team!
Many athletes from the various teams present who have always given their all on the pitch during 2025, come on very small (Squirrels and Eaglets category), the boys and girls of the Beginners team, the basketball players of the Under 14 Women’s team, which currently boasts the record of the only female team in Vallesina, the very numerous Under 15, the 2 Under 17 teams (Gold and Silver), the Under 19 Golduntil reaching senior teams participating in the DR2 and DR3 championships, all united by the same love for sport and the desire to have fun being together!
The evening ended with the traditional Christmas Tombola, masterfully presented by Coach Luca Pepa which for the occasion, by the sound of numbers, dragged everyone along with laughter and lots of joy.
“It’s been a difficult year – they say in society – with many problems to find available spaces in the gyms of the Municipality of Jesi to be able to train more frequently but the results of the camp with so many victories and above all the notable sporting and human growth of the boys is a satisfaction that has no equal! 2026 promises to be full of hopes and beautiful projects including the continuation of the collaboration with Pallacanestro Jesi which proves to be solid, strong and constructive.”
“The mission of the Unione Basket 2010 is to give everyone the opportunity to play and have fun and to allow excellence to always emerge with respect for teammates and opponents” they declared President Francesca Mazzarini and Vice President Lorenzo Pieralisi while the technical director Stefano Fava He publicly thanked the sponsors who give vitality to the club and all the coaches who work daily for the development of the athletes.
For some teams there is no break even during the holidays with training in the gym to best prepare for the resumption of the various championships which will be on the weekend of January 9th and 10th!
From the perspective of inclusiveness, lUnione Basket 2010 is a partner of the IN.SP.IRE project financed by the Cariverona Foundation and promoted by the Municipality of Jesi, an opportunity for young people to practice sport through the provision of 60 sports bags or a contribution of €400 for minors aged 6 to 14 attending a school in Jesi.
