Tennis superstar Jannik Sinner continues to prepare for the season in Dubai. He was able to welcome an unexpected and prominent guest.

Even though Jannik Sinner isn’t currently playing any tournaments, the Sesto tennis star has plenty to talk about. Whether at a glamorous dinner or at his appearance at the grand Formula 1 finale in Abu Dhabi – Sinner is always in the spotlight. Now the Pusterer also caused a stir with a prominent training guest.

As part of his preparation for the season, Sinner dueled with Simona Halep on the training pitch. The Romanian, who was number 1 in the world rankings for a total of 64 weeks, actually ended her career in February of this year. Nevertheless, there was a brief exchange of blows with Sinner.

In addition to their Grand Slam victories (four for Sinner, two for Halep), the two tennis greats have another common denominator: coach Darren Cahill. The current Sinner coach also had Halep under his wing during his career. It was also Cahill who posted a short video of the training on his Instagram profile and wrote: “Two champions.”

Simone Vagnozzi’s Instagram story caused laughter.

Cahill shared another snapshot on Instagram. You can see: The Sinner team playing a football match on a beach in Dubai. Above all, Simone Vagnozzi – the other coach in the Sinner team – had a lot of fun. He tagged star goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma in the Instagram photo showing his parade.
