If no other goal was scored, despite three crossbars, the pace of the meeting, the most intense of this CAN 2025, never weakened, Cameroon compensating for its technical inferiority with a conquering physique and a desire that has never been denied.

With four points each, the two “enemy brothers” of African football are in a very favorable balance to qualify on the last day of the group stages. Ivory Coast will challenge Gabon, defeated twice in its first two matches, and Cameroon, Mozambique which can still finish first in the group thanks to its victory over the Panthers (3-2) earlier Sunday, the first in its history in the African Cup.
