Isak Injury Update: Newcastle Striker Faces Spell Out

According to several British media reports, Liverpool fear that the Swede’s leg injury is serious.

Several British journalists write that it is uneasy in Liverpool.

The Athletic journalist David Ornstein writes that it is a serious leg injury, even though they have not received an answer to the MRI yet.

“MRI will reveal the extent of the damage but Liverpool are concerned”, writes Ornstein.

Alexander Isak writhed in pain

Isak was injured in Saturday’s match against Tottenham in the same sequence as he scored. At the same moment that he put the ball in the goal, he was tackled by Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven.
