HK DUKLA Trenčín
After a good end in November, Dukla got into a better shape and is currently in 7th place with 38 points and a score of 63:66. The team from Trenčín won four of the last five duels, which significantly helped them to move up. In the last round, however, there was a cold shower – a 2:3 loss in Prešov. Before that, however, Dukla performed excellently: they defeated Zvolen 5:3 at home, won in Nitra 5:2, defeated Spišská Nová Ves 3:1 and on their own ice they also beat Košice 2:1.
HC Slovan Bratislava
Slovan holds the first place in the table, has already collected 54 points and with a record of 94 goals scored, it is sovereignly the most productive team in the league. The Whites’ form is excellent – they have won four times out of the last five matches. On Sunday, they beat Zvolen 3:0, before that they defeated Nitra 5:2 and Spišská Nová Ves with the same result. They recorded their only loss at home against Košice (1:4) and also succeeded in Žilina 3:1.
