Help Those in Need: Food, Gifts & Games Drive

As Christmas approaches, as per tradition, Pallacanestro 2.015 Forlì, also involving its fans, organizes a series of solidarity initiatives to support those most in need, in an attempt to give moments of serenity to those who find themselves experiencing difficulties during the Christmas holidays.

It starts on December 21st, on the occasion of the derby against Rimini, with the food collection carried out in collaboration with the Diocesan Caritas of Forlì – Bertinoro. The following evening, December 22nd, at the traditional Christmas dinner, IOR, the Italian Red Cross and Domus Coop will be the guests to whom the proceeds from the auction and charity fishing will be donated.

December 24th will therefore be a very special eve for the guests of the “Mafalda Village” of the “Paolo Babini” Social Cooperative, who will receive a visit from the Unieuro Forlì players, who will bring them gifts of panettone offered by the club. The red and white fans will therefore be called upon again to support the little ones on 4 January when, before Unieuro Forlì – JuVi Cremona, a collection of games will be organized to be allocated to the Pediatrics department of the “Morgagni – Pierantoni” hospital in Forlì.

On January 5th, in addition to the games donated by the Forlì fans the evening before, the Befana stockings will also be delivered to the Forlì hospital department. Many small gestures for one big red and white heart which, in addition to beating for the emotions that the ball gives, also beats in support of those most in need.
