It is no surprise to anyone that 2025 has been a turbulent year for El Nacional, but at least the outcome begins to show a different panorama. In the last few hours, a strategic alliance was signed with NEF as a long-term economic partner and, from this, a first important movement has already been registered.

The investment group decided to cancel all salaries corresponding to December for players, coaching staff and administrative staff of Rojo, as a way to demonstrate its commitment and immediate impact with the recently signed agreements.

This gesture probably does not solve all the problems that El Nacional is going through, but at least it allows some of those affected by the situation to receive a little peace of mind after several weeks of uncertainty.
