On the first day of the competition, group matches took place, but the 1/4 finals will start on December 14 at 18.00
On Friday, Tina Graudiņa/Emija van Driel defeated Romanian Beata Vaida/Francesca Alupei and French Romana Sobezalza/Elza DeCamp at the Paradise Beach Arena, winning the group.
In the women’s tournament, Canadians Brandy Wilkerson/Emmy Ozee are also competing, but Italians Valentina Gottardi and Reka Orsi-Totta could be the main favorites.

As already reported, on November 23, Latvian beach volleyball leaders Tīna Graudiņa and Anastasija Samoilova became world champions.
