Fluminense was defeated by Sesc RJ Flamengo by 3 sets to 0, partial scores of 30/28, 25/21 and 25/21, this Tuesday (09/12), in a delayed game of the second round of the Women’s Superliga, in Hebraica. With the result, Tricolor remains in sixth place, with 14 points in the table.

In a balanced confrontation, Fluminense had a good performance on serve, which made it difficult to receive Sesc RJ Flamengo at the beginning of the match. Despite this, the opposing team emerged victorious by winning the first three sets.

Opposite Ariane was Fluminense’s highest scorer in the match, with 17 hits, followed by winger Amanda, with nine points.

The team led by coach Marcos Miranda returns to the court next Monday (15/12) to face Tijuca, in a game valid for the tenth round of the Women’s Superliga. The match will be at 6:30 pm, at the Tijuca Tênis Clube gym.

Fluminense started the match with: Fabíola, Lara, Lays, Amanda Campos, Valdez, Ariane and Marcelle
Entered: Pietra, Carol Grossi, Camila Paracatu, Vanessa Janke
