FK Željezničar: Investors Approved – Official Decision

Delegates of the Assembly of FK Željezničar from Sarajevo adopted a strategic partnership agreement with businessman Sanin Mirvić, this club officially confirmed.

“After the adoption of the Agenda, the item related to the proposal for a strategic partnership agreement, as well as the proposal for amendments to the Statute of FK Željezničar, was considered.

All the key provisions of the proposed contract were presented to the delegates in detail, along with an explanation of the legal, organizational and financial framework of the future partnership.

After the discussion, the Assembly accepted and adopted the contract on strategic partnership with Mr. Sanin Mirvić by the majority of votes.

Also, amendments to the Statute of FK Željezničar were adopted, which aim to improve corporate governance.

Football club Željezničar will in the following period inform the public in more detail about the basic items of the strategic partnership agreement, in accordance with the current regulations and the Club’s interests, and announce the new Club Statute.
