FIFA Arena: Mini-Field Construction & Details

The Football Association of the Czech Republic publishes information on the FIFA Arena program for the construction of mini-fields. The program provides an overview of key documents, deadlines and basic rules for submitting applications.

The FIFA Arena project is an international development project of FIFA, the aim of which is to support the movement of children and youth through the construction of publicly accessible sports grounds.

In the Czech Republic, the project is implemented in cooperation with the Football Association of the Czech Republic and its ambition is to create a network of one hundred modern mini-fields that will serve schools, children and the general public and become a natural part of local communities.

The FIFA Arena construction program is published as basic documentation for the upcoming support administration. Those interested in participating in the project are advised to familiarize themselves with its content in time and start preparing the necessary documents for the subsequent electronic submission of the application.

Following the unification of the subsidy agenda of the FAČR, a new web section “DOTACE” will be created, which will serve as a central place for the publication of all subsidy titles and support programs, including their appendices and accompanying documentation.

Annex No. 2 to the FIFA Arena program will be published in this section, together with other related materials. The launch of the “SUPPLIED” section is planned from January 9, 2026.

The following deadlines are essential for applicants:

  • from 01/09/2026 – making the “GRANTS” section available and publishing Annex No. 2 and other related documents
  • from February 9, 2026 – start of receiving applications

Applications will only be submitted electronically via an online form. Any other method of submission (e.g. by e-mail or in paper form) will not be accepted.

The FAČR recommends applicants to continuously monitor the published information on the program, to always work with the current version of the program documentation and appendices, and to prepare identification and project data in advance for electronic application submission.

The provider reserves the right to continuously update or clarify the program, its terms and related documentation. All changes will be published on the FAČR website in a standard way, usually in the form of additions to the program or its annexes.
