The conversations between top talent Ayoub Ouarghi (17) and Feyenoord are going in the right direction. The chances are increasing that the attacking midfielder will sign a new contract in De Kuip, sources report Football zone.
It is no secret that negotiations between Ouarghi and Feyenoord are difficult. The youth international is represented by Forza Sports Group, with whom the Rotterdammers do not have the best relationship.
Now Ouarghi and Feyenoord seem to find each other. This is mainly because the midfielder himself would like to break into De Kuip.
He recently got to smell the real thing. Robin van Persie gave the captain of Feyenoord Under 21 his debut against PEC Zwolle (6-1 win).
Ouarghi replaced Sem Steijn for eight minutes against the Bluefingers. In the past month he trained with Feyenoord’s first team, which is plagued by injuries.
Ouarghi from Amsterdam has been playing for Feyenoord since 2016. At the time he was picked up in the talent factory of Zeeburgia.
In the port city, Ouarghi grew into one of the greatest talents of the Feyenoord Academy. Partly due to his participation in videos by YouTuber Soufiane Touzani, he is popular with the younger generation.
