The conclusion of a “Long-Term Facility Rental Agreement” between the Club and our Company for a period of 21 years (30.11.2025 – 30.11.2046), the termination of the Facility Use Agreement signed between the Club and our Company on 27.06.2011, this agreement signed with Fenerbahçe Sports Club, Ernst Young Corporate Finance Consultancy A.Ş. The amount determined for 21 years in the Lease Agreement Financial Consultancy Report dated 19.12.2025 prepared by A.Ş. will be calculated by taking into account discount rates and its net present value will be determined as of 30.11.2025 and this amount will be paid in advance,

In this context, it has been decided to pay 6,465,673,206 TL in advance to Fenerbahçe Sports Club as the usage right fee for 21 years, based on the Long-Term Facility Rental Agreement signed with the Club on 19.12.2025. We present it to the information of our investors.”
