Federal Merits Campaign for Clubs: Apply Now!

The 2026 federal merits campaign begins this Monday, January 5. Clubs, committees and leagues wishing to recognize one or more volunteers from their structure can submit a federal merit application online.

This Monday, January 5, the first phase of submitting federal merit applications begins for CLUBS. Like last year, requests must be created on Poona, tab body > federal merits > create an application.

Key stages of this new campaign:

  • Stages 1 : from 05/01 to 01/02the club created his/her applications and validates the one(s) he wishes to submit to his committee ->validated applications will be submitted to the committee.
  • Stages 2 : from 02/02 to 01/03the committee created his requests and validates, among the requests submitted by the clubs and his own, those he wishes to submit to his league -> the validated applications are submitted to the league.
  • Stages 3 : from 02/03 to 29/03the league created its requests and validates, among the requests submitted by the committees and its own, those that it wishes to submit to the federation -> the validated applications are submitted to the federation for final validation.

New for 2026:

To further promote our volunteers and leaders, quotas have been increased for clubs, committees and leagues.

The format is also changing: each recipient will be given a medal and a pin in the color of the merit obtained.
