THE 3rd EDITION OF THE FBPA – RBA INSTITUTES 3X3 COMPETITION STARTED WHICH INTRODUCES DIFFERENT CENTERS OF OUR SPORTS SCHOOLS INTO THIS EXCITING SPECIALTY
With this there are now three editions of the FBPA-RBA 3×3 Institute League which, on this occasion, has the participation of some of the usual teams, together with others that will try the competition for the first time.
As a novelty in this new edition, we open participation to the 6th grade classes to join with the institutes; This initiative was very well received and allowed the integration of classes in Ribadesella, Nava and Lugones.
Divided into two categories, cadet and children, we have the participation of the IES Avelina Cerra (Ribadesella), IES Peñamayor (Nava) IES Villanueva-Rio Nora (Siero) IES Astures (Lugones), IES Cesar Rodriguez (Grado), IES Selgas (Cudillero) and IES Infiesto.
Seven centers represented that lived this opening day with great intensity and passion.
The highlight of this competition will take place next Sunday, February 8, again at the Rookie Basketball Academy facilities, where we will look for the champion teams of this 2025/2026 season.
