Dejan Musović: Leotar Champion Dies Suddenly – Magazin Plus

A member of Leotar’s champion generation from 2003, Dejan Musović, died suddenly in Belgrade at the age of 56.

The former footballer left a strong mark in the club from Trebinje, with which he won the title of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also in numerous clubs throughout Serbia. He arrived in Leotar in 2001 from Jedinstvo from Ub and immediately became one of the most important players of the team that made history two years later. The generation from 2003 won the first edition of the Premier League of BiH, and Musović was one of the pillars of the team that entered the annals of BiH. of football as the first champion of a unique competition.

During his rich playing career, he wore the jerseys of Crvena zvezda, Čukarica, Spartak Subotica and Mladost Lučani. After finishing his active playing, he stayed in football and started a coaching career.

He worked with the youth selections of Rada, Crvena zvezda and FK Kormoran, and was also involved in the senior team of Građevinar, passing on his knowledge and experience to the younger generations.
