D-backs vs Padres in Mexico City: MLB CDMX Games

IN APRIL

The Major Leagues are back on the Mexican diamond, and now the guests will be the Arizona Diamondbacks against the San Diego Padres, who will have a series on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26, 2026.

The games will be at the Alfredo Harp Helú Beisbol Stadium, which will be the latest installment of the MLB World Tour as part of the Major League Baseball Mexico City Series.

It marks MLB’s third regular-season visit to Mexico’s capital following the 2023 series between the Padres and the San Francisco Giants, and the 2024 series between the Houston Astros and the Colorado Rockies.

“We are very excited to showcase our brand internationally once again and thank Major League Baseball for selecting us.

“We have played more games in Mexico than any other team in the league and have invested heavily in growing our fan base across the border over the years.

“Mexico has long been a valuable location and focal point for us in finding talent, building relationships and growing the number of loyal D-backs fans,” said Derrick Hall, president, CEO and general partner of the Diamondbacks.

Tickets for the 2026 Mexico City Series will go on sale to the general public on Monday, January 19.

“We are honored to bring Padres baseball back to Mexico City for another unforgettable series in 2026,” said Padres CEO Erik Greupner.
