The My Academy Center recruit a life administrator/manager to support it young players daily. This position is fully in line with the sports project from the academy, oriented towards the high level training.
This is a central functionintegrated into the life of the structure, in direct contact with the players, of coaches and supervision.
A living environment integrated into the sports project
The future administrator will be housed on siteIn a villa shared with playerswithin an environment designed to:
- the sports performance
- the recovery
- l’balance of life
This proximity implies a daily presence and real involvement in the functioning of the academy.
Daily tasks
The position carries several key responsibilities:
- Monitoring and supervision of players outside of training sessions
- Organization and support weekend activities and tournaments
- Manage daily travel :
- morning: villa → school → club
- evening: club → school → villa

The administrator acts as referentensuring the human connection between the players, coaches and structure.
A complete immersion in padel
The size paddle is an integral part of the position:
- Training all year round inside the Academy
- Possibility of compete in tournaments while traveling with players
- Evolution in a structured sports environmentthrough contact with French players and renowned coaches

My Center Academy is looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- Responsible, reliable et organized
- Comfortable with young athletes and the requirements of high level
- Owner of Permit B.
- Padel enthusiast
- Able to integrate into a structured and challenging project
