It’s a time of confusion in large shopping areas, as well as in more traditional ones, looking for the perfect gift for Christmas, however, chaos also reigned at the D. Afonso Henriques Stadium, in a match with few scoring opportunities, many fouls and too many stops, leaving V. Guimarães and Gil Vicente in cost control, ending the match with a goalless draw.

No one managed to undo the draw and the teams both added one point, with Gil Vicente remaining safe in fourth place, with two more points than the fifth placed team and with Vitória de Guimarães reaching 18 points and overtaking Alverca in the standings, taking eighth place.

Without being exuberant, he managed to be the most enlightened player of the Gilistas on the field. A difficult game, very competitive, a little contentious and in which neither team managed to clear the result. It was a difficult game to judge. Here or there I found some duality of criteria. The two teams canceled each other out well and no one managed to create big chances and I think the draw is a good match. I’m happy with the way my team behaved, keeping a cool head.
As for penalties: it’s worth crying in Portuguese football. Game always stopped, actions that try to protect something. If I were a football fan, I don’t know if I would come to the stadium. Our team was so competent that I don’t want to take the focus away from that. We created chances to win and played a beautiful game. The team was competent and also competitive.
