The Cleveland Cavaliers seem to have no problems intervening in the market and making changes to their roster. The franchise is currently ninth in the Eastern Conference with a record of 15 wins and 13 losses, a score probably lower than expected.
According to what was reported by Shams Charania, only two players are considered untransferable: Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley, the two main stars of the roster.
This means that, for the right price, Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen could be involved in a trade, although it would still be complicated to find an agreement for players of this caliber.
