Cameroon will have to do without Fidel Brice Ambina and Jean-Charles Castelletto for the Morocco 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. The two players, injured, were replaced by Arnold Maël Kamdem and Che Malone Fondoh.
A few days before the start of CAN 2025, the Cameroonian selection must deal with two major packages. Midfielder Fidel Brice Ambina as well as central defender Jean-Charles Castelletto were forced to withdraw from the competition due to injuries.
To compensate for these absences, the technical staff of the Indomitable Lions called on Arnold Maël Kamdem, sentinel of Sinop Sport Clube in Brazil, and Che Malone Fondoh, solid defender of USM Alger. Both had already played in the Cameroonian elite championship and worn the colors of the intermediate selections.
These last minute adjustments will allow Cameroon to maintain a competitive squad as a decisive new continental campaign begins for the Indomitable Lions.
