CAN 2025: Today’s Matches – Morocco, Egypt & Mali | Dec 29

The 2025 African Cup of Nations continues this Monday, December 29 with the third day of the group stage for groups A and B. With one particularity: the two matches in the same group are played at the same time.

With two victories in as many matches, one of which was marred by an arbitration controversy against South Africa, Egypt will try to make a splash against Angola, who is obliged to win to grab the best third places at 5 p.m.

At the same time in the other match of this group B, South Africa is opposed to Zimbabwe and needs a victory to ensure its qualification.

Group A:

Zambia-Morocco, 8 p.m.

Comoros-Mali, 8 p.m.

Group B:

Angola-Egypt 5 p.m.

Zimbabwe-South Africa, 5 p.m.

In Group A, Morocco, author of a great inaugural victory against the Comoros and a draw against Mali, needs a draw or a success against Zambia at 8 p.m. to advance to the next round (a match to follow live with commentary on Le Parisien).

Mali faces Zambia at the same time to try to reach the round of 16 for the fourth consecutive time in the African Cup of Nations. A match can also be found on our site with live commentary.
