Cameroon is in the unknown. While they sacked their coach Marc Brys just a few weeks before the competition, the Indomitable Lions arrive at the 2025 African Cup of Nations with David Pagou as coach. A bet desired by Samuel Eto’o, star of the country and president of the Cameroonian Football Federation, which promises to be risky.
The Cameroonians have also been placed in the group of death of this CAN, with tense duels expected against Gabon and Ivory Coast. Mozambique seems to be too weak to join the fight for qualification, even if anything is possible in such a competition.
Cameroon will begin its campaign at the 2025 African Cup of Nations with a duel with Gabon this Wednesday, December 24 at 9 p.m. at the Adrar stadium in Agadir. They will then face Ivory Coast on December 28 in Marrakech (9 p.m.), before returning to Agadir on December 31 for the last match, and probably the most affordable, of the group stage against Mozambique (8 p.m.).
