Men’s singles

Christo POPOV (n°8) play your best badminton in Hangzhou! After successively ousting Anders ANTONSEN (n°3, Denmark), Kunlavut VITIDSARN (n°2, Thailand) then Jonatan CHRISTIE (n°5, Indonesia), the Frenchman finished in first place in his group and thus qualified for the semi-finals of this prestigious competition. He will challenge Kodai NARAOKA (n°9) in the semi-final this Saturday, at 5:50 a.m. (French time).

Mixed doubles

Despite very good performances, Thom GICQUEL and Delphine DELRUE (n°5) see their journey end in hens. Victorious against the duo PUAVARANUKROH/PAEWSAMPRAN (n°3, Thailand), the French were defeated by the pairs JIANG/WEI (n°4, China) and MIDORIKAWA/SAITO (n°8, Japan), each time in 3 sets. Although the competition ends here for them, there is no doubt that the French will be present in 2026, for the next meetings!
