BJJ for Teens: Starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at 15

Namely, I’m 15 and I want to start jujutsu. I’m male, but I have a problem that I’ve had for 3 years. It started with football and now I also noticed boxing and kickboxing and that’s why I stopped. I noticed the problem hasn’t gone away. I’m too afraid to go to the doctor because I don’t like being checked there. Whenever I made a sudden movement, after 10 minutes or 20 minutes of soccer or kickboxing or something, there would be a cramping pain at the bottom of my groin and it would radiate to the testicle and it was so strong that I had to stop for a moment. Then it stopped and you don’t know how scared I got. Every time I thought I was stoking my testicle, but it wasn’t. I still don’t know what it is. I’m worried because I won’t be able to play like that. I also noticed that when I make certain movements, for example when I lie down and stand up suddenly, my right testicle hurts for a moment, I don’t know. I’m worried, maybe it’s my delayed puberty, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Can you please help me, thank you.
