DEintracht Frankfurt showed symptoms of improvement in Barcelona on Tuesday evening – but suffered their fourth defeat in the sixth Champions League game of the current season. Three days after the 6-0 debacle in Leipzig, Eintracht took the lead at the Camp Nou through Ansgar Knauff, but gave the victory back after an actually appealing defensive performance with two defensive shots from crosses to the double goalscorer Jules Koundé. Due to the 1:2 defeat by the Catalans, Frankfurt’s chances of progressing are severely reduced.
