Badminton: Final Thoughts & Highlights

Last Monday, our 2nd badminton team ended their first half of the season with a dramatic and exciting 4:4 against DJK Saxonia Dortmund 4.

With 5 points you can now enjoy the Christmas break right in the middle of the table, which means everyone can look back on the first games with absolute satisfaction. The slow introduction of young people to adults was continued more than successfully. Johanna and Charlotte for the women, as well as Jasper and Luke for the men, played their games more than positively whenever they were used.

The older and experienced players proved their skills anyway, and the players who were brand new to the department were also able to prove themselves.

All in all, it was the right decision to start in the district class this year. So everyone was able to mix and match and become a unit in the first half of the season, without the pressure of a higher league. So you can wait very positively for the second half of the season and look forward to the next great games and experiences.
