Isaac Babadi is rented by Royal Antwerp FC from PSV this season, but the young midfielder has rarely played in the Bosuil Stadium. PSV coach Peter Bosz is also keeping a close eye on the midfielder’s situation.
The trainer of the Eredivisie leader even traveled to Antwerp. “I went to watch a match in Antwerp and I hoped to see Isaac there,” Bosz said at the press conference.
“That also happened, afterwards and on the field in the last ten minutes. That was not much. It is sometimes good that such boys at another club feel that you are not in the team anywhere, but hopefully he will pick up things and make progress,” he said.
According to the Belgian The Newspaper it is even possible that Babadi will return to PSV early in the coming transfer period. At PSV, Babadi can still make minutes for the promising team, which plays in the second level of the Netherlands.
Babadi has played eleven games for Antwerp in the Jupiler Pro League so far. Of these eleven games, he was in the starting line-up in three matches, the rest as a substitute. Babadi was not yet involved in a goal through a goal or an assist.
