Gyrano Kerk is currently the key player at Antwerp. The Great Old achieved a serious result by scoring 13 out of 15 at the end of 2025 against some of the top clubs in our competition.
Church is central to that story. Since his return from injury he has been of great value. He provided an assist against Genk while he scored a goal against Gent.
The question still remains: can Antwerp keep him after this season? The winger’s contract runs until the end of this season and so the club must take action.

The Great Old must see whether it is feasible to give him an improved contract. According to Het Laatste Nieuws, a summer departure is otherwise inevitable.
HLN also reports that there is already interest in Kerk. There would be interest from Turkey, although that does not seem to appeal to him for the time being.
