The Confederation of African Football (CAF), in collaboration with the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), has reaffirmed its commitment to providing first-rate services and support to accredited media covering the TotalEnergies CAF TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025.
In a joint meeting, CAF and LOC reviewed progress made in several key operational areas related to media services. This included updates to the state-of-the-art Main Media Center in Rabat, which will serve as a central point for all accredited media throughout the tournament.
The LOC provided an update on the media e-Visa process via the YALLA app, detailing strengthened measures to ensure priority assistance to media applicants. A dedicated hotline has been launched to provide assistance on the YALLA app to accredited media.
The LOC has also set up a WhatsApp hotline dedicated to media services, as well as a specific email address. The contact details of this WhatsApp line and email address will be communicated this evening to accredited media.
The YALLA app is the official digital platform for managing key services for fans, officials and media, including visa applications, Fan ID, ticketing and access information.
This service aims to guarantee that all media professionals covering TotalEnergies CAF CAN Maroc 2025 can complete without difficulty and sufficiently in advance all the mandatory digital procedures linked to their travel.
CAF and LOC strongly encourage accredited media to use the hotline and begin their visa procedures as soon as possible in order to benefit from optimal support.
