Beaten in Poitiers (2-0) on the occasion of the 11e day on November 21, the ACFC made a reference to Mamadou Diaby, the opposing No. 12 listed on the match sheet. Supporting video, the club assured that another player had entered the game under his identity at the 88e minute.
The ACFC’s action was analyzed by the Disputes and Litigation Committee of the French Football Federation during the session of Wednesday December 17. The commission sanctioned Stade Poitevin with a match lost by penalty, therefore leaving the three points of victory to the ACFC.
Two points behind the leaders
