The draw for the next Rugby World Cup, this Wednesday, December 3 in Sydney (from 10 a.m.), comes two days before that of the Football World Cup in Washington on Friday, December 5 (from 6 p.m.). Why such haste, when the premier oval ball competition is not scheduled until 2027, a year after the Football World Cup?
